Moving to a Quarterly Newsletter Schedule

To better respect your time and inbox space, we are transitioning our newsletter to a quarterly schedule. Going forward, newsletters will be distributed in the months of:September 

• December 

• March 

• June 

This change will allow us to focus on sharing the most important company updates, product news, industry insights, and event highlights in a more concise and valuable format.

Remote Access Reminder

Your Accutrac® 360-i includes remote access and alert capabilities supported by your annual Managed Remote Access subscription. It is also important to keep your Managed Access Forms current as you incur turnover in employees and need to keep your authorized users up to date. If you have not received or paid your February invoice, please contact us to confirm your account status. Accounts with outstanding balances later this month may experience a pause in services until accounts are paid up. For assistance, please email accounting@petitautowash.com.

Webinar Program Update

Following a very successful ICA, our team is focused on supporting new opportunities, customer follow-up, and post-show projects. As a result, our webinar series is temporarily on pause.

We anticipate resuming webinars later this year and look forward to sharing new educational and technical content with you soon.

ICA 2026 Recap

ICA 2026 was a tremendous success, and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who visited our booth.

We especially appreciate the support of our Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), whose assistance helped make the event productive and successful. Their expertise, dedication, and willingness to support customers throughout the show were invaluable.

Thank you to all of our customers, partners, and industry colleagues who took the time to meet with us. We enjoyed the opportunity to connect, discuss new projects, and showcase our latest solutions.

We have included a few highlights from the event below and look forward to seeing many of you again next year.
