Pump Stations
Our 25HP Pump Stations are powered by robust, 3-phase motors and high-performance CAT 3535 Positive Displacement Plunger Pumps. Whether using city, well, or reclaim water, these systems deliver consistent pressure for both high and medium-pressure wash passes. Each unit includes a pulsation dampener, which helps extend the life of hoses and reduces wear on key components—ensuring reliability and longevity.
Accu-View
The HMI (Human Machine Interface) is the central hub for diagnostics, system control, and remote access. Loaded with our proprietary AccuView software, the HMI allows operators, ASPs, and chemical technicians to adjust settings, troubleshoot remotely, and monitor performance in real-time—all from a user-friendly interface.
Petit RO System
Our RO Production System delivers spot-free water with less than 40ppm total dissolved solids—ideal for the final rinse. The RO Repressurization System ensures consistent pressure during application for optimal results.
Chemical Monitoring System
Petit’s Chemical Monitoring System ensures precise chemical usage and maximum cost control. Real-time flow sensors monitor chemical delivery (measured in ml/min), verify titration accuracy, and track how much of each chemical is used per vehicle. Operators can view chemical barrel levels and even calculate the cost per car by package—providing transparency and control like never before.
Petit Control Panels
The control panel is the brain of your car wash. It manages all operations through a sophisticated PLC system, housing key components like inputs, outputs, and small motor VFDs. By processing signals from sensors, switches, and relays, it orchestrates the entire wash cycle with precision and efficiency.
