Extended Length (Available 2026)
Big news from Petit Auto Wash Equipment! Beginning in 2026, our machines will offer extended-length travel options designed to handle a wider range of vehicle sizes and improve wash coverage. The Accutrac 360 will feature an additional 2 feet of travel, while the Accutrac XT will extend by 4 feet. Even better, upgrade kits will be available for existing machines, allowing current operators to take advantage of these enhancements without a full system replacement. Petit continues to lead the way with innovative solutions that maximize performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The Accutrac® 360-i cleans faster than other inbay automatic car washes and our IBAs are able to get impressive tunnel numbers: up to 29 cars per hour. Our Dual Spray Arms wash, wax, and rinse vehicles in under three minutes per car. Faster wash times mean more customers per hour, and our car wash systems help you succeed with greater throughput. We want our car washes to perform, and our patented spray arms deliver. Plus, the Oscillating Spray-Heads eliminate the need for rotary swivels, making them ideal for use with reclaim water systems.
To extend product lifespan, we use stainless steel to withstand harsh car wash conditions. Plus, we build our washes with sealed hypoid gearboxes, long-life polymer inserts, and with heated motors and electric boxes to prevent corrosion and condensation. We’ve eliminated pneumatic tires, belts, and pulleys in our car washes to reduce the amount of maintenance required to help you become profitable sooner.
We know long-term maintenance costs can make or break a car wash, so we mindfully design our washes with the best components and engineering available to minimize car wash maintenance and maximize car wash success. As a testament to our quality, our customers’ average yearly repair parts costs (after the 2-year warranty period) are between $200 and $500 a year.
